SALES POLICY:
Welcome to our sales policy page. Please take some time to read and understand our terms and conditions. If you require any further clarification or information, please feel free to email us.
We accept all major credit cards providing that the order ships to the same billing address associated with the credit card being used. If your credit card is billed to a P.O. Box, please call us and we can assist you in placing the order. Please note: If we cannot verify a matching billing and shipping address, we simply cannot send the merchandise.
If you choose to pay by bank wire, you are entitled to a 3% discount off of the purchase price. Please contact us at by email and we will provide you with our routing information.
Certified checks and Money orders are also acceptable forms of payment and require a 5-10 day holding period. By using these payment methods, we can ship to any destination you choose.
RETURN POLICY:
Wallachs Watches has a 3-day return policy. We feel this is ample time for your personal inspection of the watch or if you would like to take it to your local jeweler for examination. If you choose to return an item, please contact us by the end of the 3rd day from when you received the watch to obtain a return authorization number.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will be happy to take the item back provided it is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped out. Within the 3-day return policy, you are entitled to a full refund (less shipping costs), or exchange the watch for another model (of the same value) of your choice.
If you choose to exchange to a model that costs less, we will refund you the difference. If you choose to exchange for a watch of greater value, you are responsible for payment of the difference in price.
PLEASE NOTE: All items held by the customer for a period of greater than 3-days are non-returnable.
OPERATING HOURS:
Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 10AM until 10PM and on Sunday from 10AM until 5PM Eastern Standard time. We are able to receive email at any time as well as voice mail.
If you do get our voice mail during regular business hours this is due to the high volume of calls we receive, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned promptly.
WARRANTY:
Wallachs Watches offers a 1 Year warranty on all Pre-owned and unworn watches.
We are solely responsible for this warranty , the manufacturer is NOT.
Our warranty covers all moving parts of the watch mechanism should it malfunction or stop working.
PLEASE NOTE: Wallachs Watches warranty does not cover abuse, neglect or damage caused by water. In case warranty is necessary, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved.
