1. We generally ship orders the next business day for overnight delivery on orders placed by credit card’s or bank wires. Items ordered by certified check or money order will ship as soon as they clear with the bank, usually within 5-10 business days.
2. We are not authorized dealers for the brands we stock. However, this allows us to offer greater discounts to our customers because authorized retailers are limited by the manufactures to the discounts they can offer, usually a small percentage if any.
3. We gladly accept Rolex watches as trade-in’s and will buy your Rolex even if you do not buy from us. We also accept other brands as trade-in’s at our discretion. Please call or email and let us know what you have!
4. We offer a full line of accessories for Rolex watches, using only the finest available and diamonds in the VS-2 thought SI1 grading. If you do not see a specific item, please let us know as our goal is to be your complete source for watches and accessories.
5. We accept all major credit cards (billing and shipping address MUST be the same), Bank Wire’s, certified checks and Money orders. Please note that customer’s paying by Bank Wire are entitled to a 3% discount.
6. Yes we offer layaway for up to 45 days. Layaway requires a 20% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
7. We charge a flat rate of $45 for UPS overnight and insured shipping. Wallachs Watches is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or warranty returned merchandise.
8. Wallachs Watches offers a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy on all pre-owned Rolexes. This gives you ample time to inspect the watch and make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us by the end of the third day and let us know it is being returned. Watches must be returned in the condition they were sent out in.
Unused or unworn watches can only be returned providing they have not been worn or had the bracelet re-sized.
